Needed immediately: an experienced administrative professionalwith a strong background in customer service and sales office support
Sales admin and support
Record keeping and organizational duties
Other administrative tasks as assigned
Fuent English and functional French (speaking, reading, writing required)
Grade 12 completion or GED
Bookkeeping diploma or certificate or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook
Neat, tidy, professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent communication skills
Good typing and keyboarding skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience/familiarity with farming equipment strongly preferred
